Re: Formula1 - 2012
Spot on BM, they did seem a bit more friendly towards each other and it was a pretty boring race with not much close racing at all. Kimi spent pretty much the whole race not being able to pass Massa.
I am not sure how much of the last 3 races I will see live, they are on at horrible times for us (I also don't have a PVR any more). Wil probably see what you guys think of the races and may dl if they are worth watching.

wow what an eventful race. looked more like a gp2 race with the driving going on, very scrappy thoughout. but i have to say i am super happy for kimi, been hoping for him to get a win all season and glad he has finally gotten it

From what I have read so far very action packed. I would have loved to stay up and watch but I was struggling by 10 and that was still 2 hours to go.

Note Watzi, some spoilers below if you intend to watch the race
A lot to watch in that race. Fair drive from Vettel. Wonder if he could have won if he didn't break his front wing? He did have a lot of luck though, especially with the two pace cars.
How pissed off would Webber have been? You could see he wasn't keen on letting Vettel past, but for them to then order him to box for tyres which brought him back out behind that sh!t fight with Grosjean, Perez and di Resta ended up costing him the race. He did have a fair shocker of a race leading up to that though, with a terrible start, then spinning after touching Maldonardo, then colliding with Massa who reckons he should have gotten a penalty.
How amazing was it seeing Rosberg getting airborne over the top of Karthikeyan!!! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZRUy0-nHvdY
On another note, did I see Kimi smile on the podium at the presentation ceremony? Nahh..I didn't think so Poor david Coulthard had to apologise for his language

Re: Formula1 - 2012
From all that I read it was a great race. I woke up this morning and just read all the news articles and the lap by lap. I am thinking of downloading it still.
Did anyone else watch?

Did you watch it live? I woke at 4 and thought about getting up and the next thing I knew it was 6:30 so just read about it. I did contemplate setting the alarm for 3 but ended up deciding that if I woke I would get up.

Have you seen reports that Ferrari are thinking about protesting Vettel's overtake on Torro Rosso Jean-Eric Verne under yellow near the start of the race? In both the Age and FoxSports websites.

Re: Formula1 - 2012
Yeah, I believed they looked at it Watzi but decided he was ok. They were saying it was actually the red and yellow (oil on the track) flags or something. I was surprised though that they didn't invesitagate the accident on the first lap though, as it looked to me that Vettel turned in on Senna. I reckon any other driver in any other race and it would have been investigated.
Edit: Ok, I see it has been raised in the media again.

Re: Formula1 - 2012
I guess nothing happened as the close for any change of results was Friday.
Love Bernie sticking his nose in as well.
