Formula 1 - 2014

Not long to go now!!!! I get back from the US on Saturday afternoon, just in time to watch Qualifying   

What a shake up? I hope this is the go for the rest of the year, while I did not get to see as closely as I would have like I did enjoy qually. Now I hope Dan get do well tomorrow.

What do you all think of the new regs? Cars?

Thanks Watzi, was a long trip home, 27 hours in total and last leg from LA 16 hours

Not sure what the chances of this being overturned on appeal are but RB are supposedly going to appeal. Did you enjoy the race? First half was great so much going on then things settled into a rhythm in the second half. Still great to see some new faces popping up but. Big surprise for me was Lotus.

Have not watched the last GP, hoping to tonight, what did you all think? From what I have heard it is a cracker, being really helped by a spectacular safety car incident.

Hmmm..trying to remember which one it was Watzi, I think the Bahrain one which was a great race. Awesome drive by Dan too!!

Dan finally gets a podium finish.

Amazing how much Vettel is struggling this year.

Yeah it was the Bahrain one BM.

Dan is going great (and it would have been nice for him to get the Melbourne podium back but it was never going to happen) but seeing Vettel going from 15 to 4 I think he is showing that he is coming too terms with the car and the tyres this year. In the next few GPs will be interesting if Dan can keep ahead of him.

I can see the constructors being decided by mid season (well mathematically impossible for anyone else anyway), drivers could be interesting. Hopefully Mercedes don't win every GP.

I was expecting to see more reliability issues this season but most teams are pretty solid.
