Hydrofoil Moth
Now I know most of you aren't that interested in sailing, especially as much as I am, but you have to be impressed with this

Have loved Rohan Veal's work for many years, he effectively started the "Hydrofoil" craze for the Moth class sailing dinghies, but there are a lot of them out there now. They sued to be great little boats to sail, but then he stuck hydrofoils on the bottem...and wahooey...what a blast!!!
A goodbye to Powderfinger too

Re: Hydrofoil Moth
Looks like they are flying rather than sailing. The move fast!!
Do they take much to get up out of the water? Have you sailed one BM?

Re: Hydrofoil Moth
Not one of these Watzi, sailed on the old style moths without the hydrofoils, they were fast enough
Apparently they get up out of the water fairly easily with a decent breeze of 10knots or more, depending on sailor weight of course
